George

511 S. Williams Street
Denver, CO 80209

This beautiful tudor home is just a short stroll from the Park and it will be the pride of the block upon completion. We had to remove a cherry tree before construction and in so doing decided to name this one George.Oftentimes it's the older homes in this neighborhood that create the timeless character associated with the community. In order to preserve this sentiment, we pay close attention to the site's relationship to the surrounding homes and natural elements. Call 303-282-0789 to schedule a showing.

Etta Place

777 S. High Street
Denver, CO 80209

With its timeless appeal, broad porch and brick exterior, this home take its name from Ms. Etta Place, the love interest of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. We expect they both would have found time to spin a few tales on the porch and curry favor with the lovely Etta. Speaking of lovely, this home is crafted to fit its own unique location and inside, you'll find our constant attention to detail and quality, a creative use of space, sustainable materials, and a site that's consistent with its surroundings. Ultimately, a home built by Chalet Development is always consistent with the neighborhood vernacular and we think Etta fits in nicely.

Horace

919 S. Gilpin Street
Denver, CO 80209

Introducing Horace. Horace Tabor, also known as Silver Dollar Tabor, played a role in the development of 19th century Denver. With his wealth, Tabor established newspapers, banks, commercial buildings and the Tabor Opera House. In deciding to build the Grand Opera House in Denver, Tabor declared, "Denver was not building as good buildings as it ought to and I thought that I would do something towards setting them a good example." Inspired by the Jacques Benedict home located just blocks to the south, Chalet Development pays homage to ingenuity and design by continuing the tradition of creating site-specific, custom-built homes tailored to compliment the block on which they are placed.
