The Susan
1175 S Corona
Denver, CO
The Susan is a home paying homage to our client’s mother. All her insight, guidance and love are poured into what will truly be a legacy home for our clients. With great views of the Rocky Mountains from the upper level, Susan, will be proud of what has been created in her honor.
Cotswold
1114 S High St
Denver, CO
Our clients came to us with an image in mind of a country cottage with a pitched roof, gables and second story dormers. And although the home reflects more of traditional American architecture than what would be found in the Cotswolds, the idea weighed heavily on the design. The product is a happy union of the two.
Ellis
1041 S Gilpin St
Denver, CO
Ellis is a home created with tradition and heritage in mind, and our clients’ Irish family can guess at its namesake. Our clients recently made their passage back to Colorado after years in the Midwest and disembarked in Washington Park. Although a young family, they wanted to create new, old home that would serve their clan well for years to come.
The Pioneer
2211 S Clayton Street
Denver, CO 80210
Having spent several years living in Washington Park, our clients were interested in finding a larger lot that wouldn't be too far removed from the lifestyle they had grown to enjoy. An over-sized Observatory Park lot presented itself and the idea of a shingle style home with a wrap around porch came to fruition. The home was designed to sit carefully on the lot, leaving lots of room between the neighboring properties; giving the home the sense of an original Observatory Park farmhouse.
Humphrey
922 S. Franklin Street
Denver, CO 80209
Our client, a native Minnesotan, named his home after The Happy Warrior. The progressive design lives up to the billing. Sitting comfortably on the park between two homes recently designed & built by Chalet, the home features expansive views of Washington Park and true connectivity to its surroundings.
Pearl
942 S. Race Street
Denver, CO
Pearl takes her name from our client's old neighborhood of Platt Park. Having grown accustomed to strolls down South Pearl street, our client found a site just two blocks from Old South Gaylord where there was room to create a home that fits the interests of their growing family. The architecture was driven by our clients interest in a design rooted in history, yet void of any decorative ornamentation.
