Chalet Development, a design / build firm combines its own construction, architectural and design teams with an intimate knowledge of the local real estate market. By incorporating these elements under one roof, Chalet provides the client with an opportunity to build a site-specific home, designed for the client; engaging the client from start to finish, yet simplifying the process from beginning to end and reducing the costs associated with building a new home.

First, Chalet Development provides the client with an inherent knowledge of local real estate and financing options to meet the client's individual needs. Chalet is constantly researching and analyzing local sub-markets to choose the best building sites with the most potential and provides the client with an array of options.

Upon locating the site, and conducting a full site-analysis, the client enters into a pre-construction plan and review period. The client works with Chalet Development's own architectural & design team to create floor plans and elevations, and choose finishes that will incorporate their personal "wish list."

After the design and review period, Chalet creates a site-specific home, tailored to compliment the block on which it is placed and designed around the client's personal tastes. Chalet is committed to quality construction, attention to detail, a creative use of space and sustainable materials.
